Idumaese Alao Foundation (IAF) on 13th February 2025 paid a courtesy visit to the management of Benue State University Teaching Hospital (BSUTH), Makurdi, to mark the one-year anniversary of the passing away of Idumaese Alao.
The delegation led by Dr Evang. Serah Alao was received by the Chief Medical Director, Dr Stephen Terungwa, and some of his staff. Dr Alao told the CMD that the foundation’s courtesy visit was in line with the wishes of Idumaese Alao to donate some medical items to the hospital after she had fully recovered.
The CMD took custody of the items and commended the foundation for the initiative. He prayed for the soul of the departed and further pledged his support for the foundation. In response, Dr Alao thanked the CMD and said the foundation was not going to relent in its humanitarian drive.
After exiting the CMD’s office, the delegation, which included Mr Dauda Habbakuk, Mr Sebastian Ubi, Mr Cephas Mtomga, Mrs Grace Obande, Mr Abraham Elaigwu and others, visited the ward where Idumaese had passed, to empathise with the patients and share some items.
